Mounting rollers and dies according to print specifications. Preparing and loading inks, monitoring inventory and efficient use of materials. Supervising the printing process, verifying color, size, quantity, and quality. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area, including machines and tools. Supplying inputs and raw materials for the production process. Labeling, packing, and recording finished products. Reporting any anomalies or technical issues to the maintenance department. Requirements: Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). Minimum of 1 year of experience in production areas, preferably in flexographic printing or the food packaging industry. Technical training or knowledge in industrial printing processes is desirable.
