**INNOMET** is seeking a Programming and Control Engineer to address the company's current and future challenges in delivering engineering and consulting services **to large-scale mining operations**. ***Responsibilities*** \- Generate and manage project reporting by preparing weekly and monthly progress reports, identifying risks and alerts, and proposing corrective action plans. \- Monitor and comprehensively control deliverables, deadlines, resources, and engineering service costs. \- Develop, analyze, and track progress curves (early and late), critical path, and forecast throughout the project lifecycle. ***Requirements*** \- **Academic Background:** Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Execution, any specialty. \- **General Experience:** Minimum of **10 years of professional experience in projects**. \- **Specific Experience:** * Demonstrated participation as a Programming and Control Specialist in at least 7 engineering contracts. * Advanced and verifiable proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project software. * Proven experience in developing and monitoring early and late curves, critical path analysis, and forecasting. \- **Industry:** Prior experience in mining or heavy industrial projects will be highly valued. ***Working Conditions*** \- On-site office work (remote work only under special circumstances and subject to evaluation). \- Working hours: Monday from 8:00 to 18:00, Tuesday to Thursday from 8:00 to 19:00, and Friday from 8:00 to 13:00. \- Please indicate salary expectations in application or CV. \- Position type: Full-time Position type: Full-time Application Questions: * Please state salary expectations * Please indicate availability to start work (in days)
