The purpose of this role is to foster and strengthen the Company's innovation culture, driving the adoption of new technologies and ensuring value creation and measurement through collaborative initiatives that contribute to the business. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support innovation project management from ideation to implementation, using agile methodologies to drive transformation toward more efficient processes. * Maintain an updated record of project progress, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. * Collaborate in executing the Innpacta program (CCU's open innovation challenge), defining challenges and coordinating connections with startups and external providers to find technological solutions addressing the Company's needs. * Support the execution of the internal Despega program by gathering information, encouraging participation, and managing the progress of innovative initiatives within the Company. * Manage the innovation newsletter and coordinate talks and workshops on emerging technologies to strengthen the innovation culture. * Support the Company's participation in national and international innovation fairs, contributing to message definition and logistical coordination. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related field. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience with AI tools. * English proficiency is desirable. * Availability to work 100% onsite in Las Condes.
