




At CGS Contact Center, we are looking to hire a Campaign Administration Analyst (GTR Outbound or Dialing Analyst) to strengthen our team and ensure efficient solutions for our clients. Responsibilities: 1\) Design and define dialing strategies for outbound campaigns 2\) Conduct analysis to resolve issues, identify opportunities, and/or implement continuous improvement. 3\) Forecast agent staffing needs for outbound campaigns 4\) Consolidate and process information to support decision-making. 5\) Participate in meetings with internal and/or external clients to meet requirements and/or identify improvement and development opportunities. Workplace: at CGS Contact Center branch located in the commune of Valparaíso. Requirements: * **Minimum 1 year of experience in contact center or planning-related roles, such as GTR, campaign administrator, Force, dialing analyst, planner, workforce, outbound supervisor.** * **Proficiency with databases and dialer systems.** * Office proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, **Intermediate\-Advanced Excel** (pivot tables, data filtering, mathematical, statistical, and logical functions). * Foreigners must have permanent residency and valid ID.
