




ADT Security Services is looking for a Customer Service Call Center Executive working 36 weekly hours in the commune of Providencia. Main Responsibilities: Resolve inquiries, problems and offer effective solutions to ensure a positive and satisfactory customer experience. Ensure information is accurately recorded in company systems by strictly following company procedures. Requirements: \- Completed secondary education. \- Minimum one year of experience in a Call Center providing customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector. * Proficiency in MS Office tools. * Shift work on a 6x1 or 5x2 schedule with rotating shifts: * 36 hrs. weekly. * Morning, afternoon and night shifts. * Night shifts every two months. (Corporate transportation is provided for shifts starting or ending between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM) We offer a direct employment contract with the company and a compensation package consisting of Base salary $529,000 + Bonus.
