Today, we are looking for a passionate **General Maintenance Technician**, committed to order, efficiency, and attention to detail. Your primary mission will be to ensure our headquarters offices and technical workshops are always in optimal condition, guaranteeing a safe and functional space for the entire team. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure (offices, meeting rooms, and common areas). * Support operational needs in our workshops (e.g., inspection of basic connections, air/water networks if applicable, industrial lighting, and structural organization). * Carry out minor electrical work (e.g., replacing light fixtures and outlets), plumbing, painting, and furniture repairs. * Assist external personnel when major or specialized maintenance is required (e.g., HVAC, elevators, etc.). * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all areas. **What are we looking for in you?** * Technical education at secondary or higher level in Industrial Maintenance, Construction, Electricity, or related field. * Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in similar positions (ideally with mixed experience in both office and plant/workshop environments). * Solid knowledge of facility repairs (minor electrical work, plumbing, painting, and basic carpentry). * A proactive, service-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail. **What do we offer?** * Direct employment contract with the company. * A dynamic work environment where your role is critical to daily operations. * Benefits: Complementary Health Insurance, Food Allowance, Year-end bonuses, Agreements with compensation funds, banks, healthcare centers, Vacation Bonus, Schooling Bonus, and many more. **Employment Modality:** Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:30–18:00 hrs; Friday, 08:30–14:30 hrs (1-hour lunch break).
