We are an exploration company operating lodges and conservation reserves in remote areas of South America, with presence across 9 destinations in 4 countries: Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Bolivia. Explore a world of possibilities and join our team! **Position Objective:** Ensure accurate entry and registration of payments, traveler personal information, and execute the collection process in reservation management systems, verifying that all reservations are 100% complete—enabling our destination teams to conduct smooth check-ins without pending balances or traveler-related issues. **Main Responsibilities:** Update reservation information across all designated systems. Assist reservation executives with any challenges they encounter. Track payments for each sale made. Send payment reminders to agencies, tour operators, and travelers. Evaluate reservation quality in the system, verifying completeness and accuracy of information. Provide solutions to travelers facing coordination issues related to their experience.
