Ability to work encouragingly with diverse people **Job Description** --------------------------- The Casino Assistant is responsible for sanitizing kitchens and dining areas across Aramark's various cafeterias. This position requires individuals with strong attention to detail, a deep commitment to customer service, and a positive, friendly demeanor. This role maintains cleanliness of equipment and food service areas. **Job Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Sanitize kitchen and dining area; descale and wash dishes/pots; provide service at self-service lines. * Always deliver exemplary customer service. * May be required to prepare and serve hot meals. * May be required to work as a kitchen expeditor, keeping orders organized and ensuring timely delivery to correct tables. * Ensure accurate handling of all food products and equipment to consistently comply with food safety standards. * Ensure cleanliness of the food service work area; perform daily secondary tasks; ensure required records are completed promptly; and complete any restocking and cleaning tasks. * Maintain accurate accounting and waste records. * Must be able to work encouragingly and positively with diverse people. * Handle customer complaints respectfully. This position may involve physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods.
