Classify requests by type. Prioritize based on customer and urgency level. Full handling and closure of SAP service orders (OS). Change request letters and delivery requests. Equipment transfers from warehouse. Inventory control of equipment in Technical Service warehouse. Direct contact with customers and sales representatives. Staff training when required. Generate work orders for each unit entering the workshop. Prepare service quotations including spare parts, validating both spare parts and execution time. Close OS and request billing for delivered services. Generate payroll reports and inform Administration. Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to generate shipping guides and collect from transportation area.
