Job Summary: We are seeking a Dispatch Operator to join our Operations team, focused on receiving, storing, and delivering finished products while maintaining quality and safety standards. About the Role * Receive, store, and deliver finished products to external and internal customers. * Dispatch finished products in transit so that they remain at the site for no more than 24 hours. * Issue or enter into the system invoices, TRs, and waybills. * Receive and dispatch finished products or other materials as directed by supervision. * Sample finished products upon request from supervision. * Perform housekeeping and cleaning tasks in the BPT area, truck loading zone, and bulk tank. * Handle products in accordance with internal safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Load trucks with finished products cleanly, orderly, and according to the dispatch schedule or supervision requirements. * Use the ERP system correctly and promptly. * Comply with the finished product dispatch schedule. * In case of spills and/or emergencies, follow internal procedures. * Support physical general inventory counts according to the company’s annual program. * Support administrative tasks related to area inventory management. * Dispose of waste appropriately per internal procedures. * Support all necessary actions to maintain healthy inventory levels. * Provide support to dispatch and production if required. * Support BMP or production tasks if necessary. * Support continuous improvement initiatives within the area. * Maintain a service-oriented attitude toward internal and external customers. * Make proper use of area facilities and assets. * Participate in all training sessions under the area’s training program. * Faithfully comply with employment contract terms, internal regulations, and Code of Conduct to ensure a respectful, transparent, and ethically sound workplace. Your Skills and Experience * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * **Mandatory**: Class D driver's license. * **Mandatory**: Electromechanical training. * Basic Office skills.
