We have established ourselves as a leading company in this sector, delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Designing, installing, and administering the organization's network infrastructure. * Configuring and maintaining network and perimeter security devices. * Implementing redundancy and fault recovery strategies. * Monitoring and optimizing network performance to ensure stability. * Managing network security and access policies. * Resolving connectivity incidents and issues in critical environments. * Documenting infrastructure and updating operational procedures. * Evaluating and implementing technological improvements in networks and communications. **What we are looking for:** * Telecommunications Engineering, Networks and Security Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related degrees. * 1 year of experience in enterprise network administration and management. * Knowledge of Protocols and standards: TCP/IP, VLAN, QoS, SNMP, TR\-069, ITU\-T G.984 and G.988 standards, Management and monitoring systems: ACS, Open Web Server, network management tools, Basic scripting and automation: XML, * Desirable knowledge of Python or Shell Script. * Network design and planning: Ability to develop and validate service models, laboratory design, interconnection planning. * Traffic analysis and capacity forecasting: Traffic metrics, PxQ, growth estimates. * Network infrastructure: DWDM, FO, PE\-COM, uplink planning. * Network security and operational continuity: Contingency procedures, critical fault support. **What we offer:** * Competitive salary * Supplementary health and life insurance * Los Andes Compensation Fund * Continuous training and internal certifications. * A dynamic team and ongoing field support. * Opportunity for growth
