Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to manage order intake, control purchase orders, and monitor the process within Institutional Business. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an Operations Assistant for the Institutional Business Management team, responsible for ensuring proper order intake, purchase order control, and process tracking. Responsibilities: * Enter purchase orders and notify customers and field sales representatives if an order/PO is incomplete: clearly indicate missing items, their potential dispatch date, and offer immediate-dispatch substitute products. * Accept and manage POs from the Chilecompras portal for the assigned customer portfolio. * Notify field sales representatives when an order is held due to credit or stock issues, and inform them upon its release. * Meet daily order intake deadlines and handle any urgent requests that may arise. Requirements: * Technical higher education degree in Business Administration, General Accounting, or a related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role or a similar position. * Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Huechuraba.
