Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Requirements and Testing Analyst / Functional Architect with a holistic systems perspective to lead requirements analysis, design, specification, and testing strategies. Participate in high-complexity and high-impact projects. **We are looking for a Senior Requirements and Testing Analyst / Functional Architect** **Santiago de Chile (on-site mode in downtown Santiago)** **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Conversational English * Experience with UML 2 or higher for system modeling. * Experience transitioning systems from Black-box to White-box via modeling. * QA experience with strong backend focus (API testing, SOAP, Postman and similar tools) Role Details: We seek a senior professional with a holistic systems perspective, strong technical abstraction capability, and experience in **functional architecture, requirements elicitation, and testing strategies**, acting as a bridge between business, development, QA, and operations. **What will be your role?** You will serve as a key technical reference, responsible for: * Leading the analysis, design, and specification of functional and non-functional requirements. * Defining and executing testing strategies for highly complex systems. * Validating and certifying functionalities in applications under development and maintenance. * Collaborating with internal and external vendors in a corporate and international context. **Expected Experience and Knowledge** * \+7 years of professional experience, including at least **3 years in functional/systems architecture roles**. * Proven experience in **designing complex systems**, considering: * Information security * High availability and scalability * Maintainability and testability * Audit, traceability, and SLA * Proficiency in **UML 2** (BPMN desirable): * Use cases, activities, states * Sequence and communication diagrams * Black\-box and white\-box modeling * Experience in **specifying interfaces and services**: * REST and SOAP APIs * WSDL, YAML, JSON Schema * Contract versioning and traceability * Definition and management of test environments, data, and documentation. **Key Responsibilities** * Specify requirements based on use cases. * Define and implement the testing strategy (with leader approval). * Prepare test environments and test data. * Document testing processes and results. * Configure and administer testing platforms. * Act as a technical reference supporting the team. **Requirements** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. * **Minimum intermediate English level** (spoken and written, mandatory). * Experience in complex corporate systems (excluding banking and insurance). **What do we offer?** * Participation in high-complexity and high-impact projects. * A dynamic, challenging, and collaborative environment. * Professional growth within an international context. * Meal benefits * Complementary life insurance * Opportunity to join a world-class technology environment, tackling large-scale challenges and enjoying professional development opportunities.
