




Job Summary: The Operational Process Engineer will facilitate daily operations through data collection, transformation, and analysis, and by automating manual processes to improve efficiency. The **Operational Process Engineer** will be responsible for facilitating the organization's daily operations through data collection, transformation, and analysis. This role will focus on automating manual processes, enabling greater user autonomy and improving operational efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Collect and transform data using ETL tools such as DataStage. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI for visualization of critical data. * Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and cleansing processes. * Identify manual processes suitable for automation and design efficient solutions. * Collaborate with users to implement automated systems that facilitate task execution. * Document processes and create user manuals to ensure user autonomy. * Act as a bridge between users and the core system to facilitate information injection. * Provide technical and functional support to users regarding the use of automated tools and processes. * Work collaboratively with other departments to understand their needs and identify opportunities to improve current processes. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing changes that optimize operations. * Train users on the use of automated tools and processes to foster autonomy. **Requirements and Qualifications** * University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, analysis, and process automation. * **Technical Skills:** * **Proficiency in ETL tools (DataStage preferred).** * **Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.** * **Programming knowledge (Python preferred).** **Additional Information** Stefanini Benefits Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
