Santiago, Chile \| Full time \| Hybrid \| R1536223 **General Summary** ------------------- Under supervision, performs data analysis activities related to complex business problems and challenges to provide useful information to decision-makers. May also provide analytical support to internal project teams and to consulting or service projects for external clients. **Essential Functions** ------------------------ * Under supervision, conducts basic quantitative and qualitative analyses to support the development of solutions for internal or external project teams. * Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets. * Creates reporting and analytical specifications based on business needs and required or available data. * May directly generate datasets and reports for analysis using existing IQVIA tools. * Verifies data accuracy and integrity. * May manipulate and transform data to optimize analyses. * Conducts audits of own work or others' work to ensure adherence to established procedures or to resolve routine issues. * May work with standalone data systems or corporate tools supporting activities such as query resolution, data validation, and trend analysis. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's degree required. * 1–3 years of prior professional experience, preferably working with pharmaceutical industry data. * Data analysis skills and practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access). * Ability to collaborate and work effectively with others both within and outside the organization to achieve team objectives. * Knowledge and understanding of fundamental business processes. * Knowledge of methods, tools, and techniques related to the functional area. * Industry knowledge and market understanding. * Strong time management and organizational skills.
