At Clínica Bupa Santiago, we are looking for a Functional IT Support Team Lead who can perform the following responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the functional support technical team, ensuring tasks and priorities are assigned according to workload. Supervise compliance with established SLAs. Monitor incident, request, and problem management in Jira and NewGo. Evaluate team performance. Ensure defined KPIs are met. Propose improvements to increase team efficiency. Prepare management reports. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and information security standards. Schedule: Rotating daytime shifts including Saturdays. Requirements: Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in support, with at least 1 year in a leadership role within a service desk. Leadership skills, service orientation, effective communication, conflict resolution, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability to change. Position type: Full-time
