Collaborate dynamically within a diverse team **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of supplier payments while safeguarding the company’s interests and maintaining positive supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Record accounting entries for received documents (tax-related documents, internal documents, vouchers, and others). * Ensure timely payment processing of documents. * Analyze and reconcile accounting entries. * Coordinate with Procurement and Treasury departments to resolve any issues affecting accurate accounting or payment. * Review and monitor documents assigned to factoring, verifying correct transfer. * Perform accounting review and verify correct allocation of withholdings and taxes. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Professional degree in Accounting and Auditing, Engineering, or related field * School insurance provided by the educational institution * Availability to complete a 6-month internship This opportunity is open to persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
