Job Description As a Food Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving and operationalizing quality, operations, financial, and commercial policies and indicators at the segment level, contributing to achieving the company's goals and objectives within established timelines, budgets, and Sodexo's standards. Responsibilities * Supervise and verify the schedules, shifts, and attendance of staff assigned to the shift. * Ensure delivery of high-quality service and customer satisfaction by focusing on task planning and problem resolution, aiming for profitability while adhering to the allocated budget. * Monitor center operations through review of reports requested from subordinates: sales, costs, inventories, supply stock, incident logs, etc. * Continuously monitor costs associated with the production process and implement changes when these are affected. * Manage personnel, ensuring that subordinates fulfill their tasks. Requirements * Residence between Arica and Santiago. * Degree in Engineering or related field. * At least 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in mining. * Availability to work a 10x10 schedule. * Health compatible with working at high geographical altitudes.
