We are currently seeking our next **Accounting and Cost Coordinator** to carry out their duties at our plant in **Pudahuel**. Main job responsibilities: Accounting and Finance: Prepare, communicate, and coordinate the execution of the accounting closing process. Prepare monthly costing procedures for finished and semi-finished products during each month-end closing, and update the necessary variables for the correct calculation of standard costs. Prepare RLI and deferred taxes, tax returns, and fiscal requirements. Actively participate, together with management, in coordinating internal or external audits, responding to auditor requests, preparing drafts of Financial Statements, and monitoring compliance with stages required for their accurate and timely issuance. Ensure proper recording of accounting transactions, guaranteeing compliance with accounting regulations, integrity and quality of information, and maintaining appropriate supporting documentation in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (IFRS). Maintain cost centers, chart of accounts, and other auxiliary tables relevant to accounting and cost operations. Supervise the determination and analysis of revenue and cost provisions for Solutions and Services. Coordinate and verify the preparation of bank reconciliations according to the company's accounting policies. Perform and/or review monthly account analyses. Propose adjustments as necessary for approval by management and senior management according to defined authorization levels. Stay trained and up-to-date on tax reform, and provide technical accounting advice according to presented requirements. Costs Responsible for the maintenance, review, and updating of standard costs, cost allocation criteria, costing processes for manufactured, semi-finished, and/or purchased products, and updating SAP system tables and/or parameters on a monthly basis or as per the frequency agreed with management. Supervise and communicate the updating of Sales prices for Agreements through the application of adjustment polynomials established in contracts. Benefits: Shuttle bus and lunch provided.
