Are you ready to take on the challenge? **Your responsibilities will include:** * Preventing and controlling theft within the store, identifying individuals caught stealing merchandise, notifying entrance/exit guards, and acting per established procedures. * Contacting the Chilean police (Carabineros) to file formal statements against suspects. * Periodically checking fire extinguishers in stores for validity and proper condition. * Attending to and channeling minor customer requests according to defined service standards. * Monitoring the store via CCTV cameras and reviewing overnight shift updates. * Activating or deactivating emergency exit alarms, lighting panels, fitting-room alarms, and smoke detectors. * As a Technical Construction Inspector (ITO), being present during any store remodeling or new construction projects, supervising contractors’ compliance with safety equipment requirements.
