Currently, we are seeking a Collections Manager to work in Santiago, Metropolitan Region. * POSITION MISSION: Responsible for managing preventive, pre-judicial, and judicial collections with the objective of reducing delinquency among users of RutaPass client concessionaires, ensuring no deviations occur in processes or use of third-party services, guaranteeing proper operational functioning of collections and related activities in compliance with current regulations, aiming at continuous improvement of departmental processes and service indicators. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Manage and control the correct and timely operation of collections processes to maximize revenue recovery through defined accounting and collections strategies, based on current legislation standards, ensuring accurate assignment and tracking of delinquency per concessionaire, coordinating portfolio segmentation. * Propose collections strategies, their objectives, action protocols, and performance indicators to maintain high levels of effectiveness and efficiency. * Analyze user data and accounts to generate statistical and management reports covering all stages of the collections process: user segmentation, debt determination, portfolio assignment to external companies, control and auditing of collection actions, recording of contact attempts, commission calculations, and collections benchmarking. * Provide timely responses to the customer service area on collections matters, managing solutions for complex requests raised by users, leading coordination with Legal and Customer Service to handle complex cases and judicial proceedings. * Propose efficiency improvements and innovation in processes related to collections. Efficiently administer and manage contracts with strategic suppliers related to processes under responsibility. **We are looking for a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or equivalent. More than 3 years of experience in mass collections sector.
