




This position will be responsible for ensuring simulator-based training is carried out according to the established plan and program, working directly in mining operations. Key responsibilities include: * Use high-fidelity simulators as a technological training tool. * Lead and deliver training to both new and experienced mining equipment operators. * Administer and manage the daily operation of training plans and programs. * Maintain a constant flow of information according to the communication plan. * Generate and analyze training reports. * Identify and report deviations from the training plan. * Establish and maintain training records and operator profiles. * Perform all work and/or activities in compliance with safety standards. * Install, calibrate, and understand the operation of simulation conversion kits. * Schedule and perform periodic maintenance on simulators. * Immediately resolve any technical issues with simulators; otherwise escalate to the direct supervisor or support department. * Perform field tasks such as: system-level fault detection, hardware repair, software configuration and updates. * Be knowledgeable of daily, weekly, and overall training curriculum objectives. * Build and maintain good client relationships, identifying potential improvements and deviations in the training plan. * Prepare daily operational status reports of simulators and training progress. * At the end of each shift, deliver simulator operational status reports and weekly objectives progress reports. Job Requirements: * Residence within the third region (Mandatory) * Hold a degree in Civil Mining Engineering or related field * Health compatible with working at high altitude above 3,000 meters above sea level.
