Recognized as the global benchmark for quality and integrity, we have more than 93,000 employees and a network of over 2,600 offices and laboratories worldwide. **Job Description** **Position Objective** * Control and execute work for the assembly of structures, mining constructions, industrial installations and civil works, complying with safety, quality, environmental standards, project drawings and technical specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Fabrication and installation of general structures for instruments and equipment in concentrator plants. * Operate various types of electric and manual tools according to job requirements. * Care for and maintain work equipment in good condition. * Request work materials from immediate supervisor. * Meet established deadlines. * Report any anomalies caused by equipment, tool or material failures to direct supervisor. * Keep workplace and site facilities orderly and clean. * Properly dispose of recyclable and hazardous waste. * Comply with the use of all safety equipment required for the task. * Work as a team to achieve set goals. * Undertake other emergent tasks related to site operations, either as part of a team or assigned individually. * Perform other responsibilities defined by the contract manager according to the profile. * Comply with and actively participate in risk prevention plans related to the client's program and the Management System. * Prepare and interpret drawings and documents specific to their specialty. **Requirements** * **Formal Education:** Complete secondary education * **Experience** Number of years in a similar area or field: **At least 6 years.** Years of experience in a similar position: **3 years.** * **Minimum Required Competencies**: Class B driver's license. Office user Basic English proficiency Course related to industrial installations (desirable) * **Personal Characteristics**: Ability to listen, ask questions and express concepts and ideas effectively. Ability to strategically and visionarily analyze with whom to build and maintain collaborative relationships. Ability to face and resolve crisis situations. Ability to lead a work team.
