With over 60 years of experience in the industry, we have distinguished ourselves by producing high-quality products in harmony with our environment. ### **DESCRIPTION** At Salmones Blumar Magallanes Spa, we are seeking our next Maintenance Supervisor, whose main responsibilities will include: \- Supervise and verify on-site that machine and equipment repairs are carried out immediately in case of any failure, to prevent productivity losses. Execute routine inspection plans for equipment and/or machinery. \- Supervise and ensure preventive maintenance guidelines are followed by maintenance technicians within established periods. \- Minimize accident risks during operations. \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to manufacturer specifications. Execute work orders on time. Assemble and disassemble machines to repair and ensure long-term functionality. Conduct failure analysis (FA). \- Receive notifications from maintenance technicians regarding any unresolved issues with processing machinery in order to request external professional assistance. \- Supervise that maintenance technicians' tools are in good condition and properly maintained. Any tool in poor condition must be removed from service. \- Prepare reports within requested deadlines and formats. \- Review and maintain necessary stock levels for proper maintenance of processing machinery.
