




Major Fuel Company with operations in mining sites requires Fuel Facility Operator **Position Objective:** To control and operate facilities for receiving, distributing and ensuring the supply of fuels and lubricants according to company and client requirements. Fulfill the objectives of the position while maintaining established safety and ethical standards for job performance. Control handling and disposal of lubricants. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Measure daily the lubricant tanks at the mining site following established procedures * Receive facilities from the previous shift and generate corresponding reports if any irregular situation exists. Measure fuel and lubricant tanks each shift as required by current procedures. * Perform unloading of lubricants and/or coolant at lube centers, peripherals or other locations as directed by the shift supervisor * Control and manage the lubricant receiving process to prevent cross-contamination of products * Reconcile daily physical inventory per product tank. Keep measurement logs up to date and report daily stock levels and daily closing * Investigate any out-of-range fluctuations according to established procedures * Do not perform activities for which you are not trained and authorized by the company * Communicate and report any discrepancies detected during the shift. Keep facilities clean and orderly. Report to your supervisor any situations requiring their special attention * Submit to all medical, alcohol and drug random testing as determined by the company * Actively participate in company meetings and operational activities * Attend training sessions scheduled by the company for performance improvement or complete safety courses (ACHS), during working hours or during rest periods by prior agreement * Identify, report and stop any situation that could affect worker physical integrity and potentially cause an accident * Know, respect, apply and comply with company and client policies, as well as internal company regulations * Perform tasks identifying hazards, assessing risks and implementing controls through proper task risk identification and analysis * Ensure adequate control over storage and handling operations of products, preventing product loss or spills. Demonstrate ability to assess and control risks related to assigned tasks **Requirements:** * Education: Complete secondary education, technical studies desirable * Residence: From Arica Region to Metropolitan Region * Work location: Mining site in Region III * Experience: 1 year of experience in mining operations as operator * Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance or mechanics and mining equipment lubrication processes for lubricant facility operator role (ideal) * Work schedule: 7x7 * Class B Driver's License
