Main responsibilities will include: * Daily control of weekly activity progress. * Participation in daily meetings. * Sending daily progress reports to the team. * Generating weekly progress and deviation reports for the team. * Medium-term performance forecasting. * Other PMO duties. **Requirements** At least 2 years of experience in project monitoring and control, preferably in the mining, industrial or infrastructure sectors. Experience in developing and monitoring work plans, activity progress control and reporting management. Experience participating in and coordinating project follow-up and management meetings (PMO). Knowledge and competencies: Proficiency in project planning and control tools (MS Project, advanced Excel, or other management systems). Ability to generate daily and weekly progress reports, identify deviations and propose corrective actions. Knowledge of project management methodologies and key performance indicators (KPIs) monitoring. Strong communication skills, teamwork and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
