Job Summary: We are seeking individuals to train as Pharmacy Assistants, with a focus on service, sales, and customer attention, while completing a structured training program. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on fast-moving consumer goods and private-label brands The pharmacy seeks individuals wishing to train as Pharmacy Assistants to work in Castro. Job Objective: To perform customer service, sales, and client attention functions for the company, emphasizing fast-moving consumer goods and private-label brands, while simultaneously undergoing internal training to qualify as a Pharmacy Assistant—upon passing the corresponding competency examination administered by the health authority. Conditions: 1\. Remuneration: CLP $553,000 base salary \+ variable (for 30 working days) 2\. Working hours: * 44-hour weekly work schedule. * Schedule subject to the assigned pharmacy location. 3\. Work location: Pharmacies located in Castro 4\. Responsibilities: * Complete the training plan provided by the company and fulfill all requirements for certification as a Pharmacy Assistant by the health authority. * Report expired products under one's responsibility and ensure necessary restocking. * Label prices according to price lists provided by direct supervisors. * Perform product packaging duties, including receiving, delivering, controlling, inventorying, exchanging, packaging, and dispatching products. 5\. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Availability to combine work activities with training activities. * Interest in obtaining Pharmacy Assistant certification. 6\. Contract under the Temporary Services regime. Monthly renewal subject to our client’s decision. 7\. Benefits: Upon successful completion of the project and fulfillment of requirements, a Pharmacy Assistant certification is awarded.
