We are looking for a **Quality Control Operator** to join our team at the **Quilicura Plant**, **Functions**: * Perform physical\-chemical, microbiological, and sensory controls on raw materials, processes, and finished products. * Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP). * Record and report analysis results and deviations, proposing corrective actions. * Maintain laboratory equipment calibration and support internal and external audits. * Participate in TPM and continuous improvement activities, promoting safety and organization in the area. **Requirements:** * Technical or Engineering degree in Microbiology, Food Technology or Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field. * At least 2 years of experience in quality control or laboratory (preferably in the food industry). * Knowledge of physical\-chemical and microbiological analysis and ISO/FSSC standards. * Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and management tools. * Availability for rotating shifts.
