




A leading salmon company is seeking a Laboratory and POS Manager for Chonchi \- Chiloé. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate the technical and administrative activities of the laboratory. * Supervise records and the POS program. * Provide guidance on analysis methodologies. * Coordinate sampling and perform microbiological analyses regarding handlers, surfaces, and finished products. * Request corrective hygiene or GMP actions when any parameter is out of specification. * Keep operational procedures and microbiological methods up to date. * Prepare and sign reports of test results. * Establish parameters and supervise the classification and identification of reagents, solutions, and other necessary laboratory materials. * Maintain stock of required reagents and/or materials. Requirements: * Degree in Biochemistry, Food Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Strong knowledge of microbiology. * Knowledge of GMP, POS, HACCP, and food defense is desirable.
