At **MAMPRO**, a leading company in the industry, we are seeking a **Full Time Guarda Cruces** for the **Molina / Quechereguas** area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Timely lowering of manual barriers when a train operated by **EFE Trenes Chile** passes through. * Protecting unguarded crossings to prevent accidents. * Signaling the train operator to indicate that the crossing is secured. * Recording and reporting anomalies at the assigned railway crossing. * Taking care of tools, facilities, and work materials. * Providing assistance and cooperation in case of accidents. * Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace. * Reporting malfunctions of automatic and manual barriers to the supervisor. ### **Requirements:** * **Desirable:** Experience in railway-related jobs (not mandatory). * Availability for training in the **Railway Traffic Manual** and **Guardacruzadas Manual**. * Physical and psychological suitability for the role. * Willingness to undergo accreditation. * 6-week accreditation period to obtain credential issued by EFE. **(Documents in PDF\- Exams at Achs \- Courses 4 days\- 1 In-person Practice\- 1 Final Theoretical Exam.)** ### **Assigned Crossings:** * Molina Sur * Quechereguas. ### **Working Conditions:** * **Full Time** schedule. * Rotating 6x1 shift system. * Morning \- Afternoon \- Night shifts. * **Remuneration:** $600\.000 net monthly.
