More than 27,000 people, mostly female technicians and professionals, work so that children can enjoy safe, supportive educational spaces that promote learning through play. **Job Functions:** Integra, a nonprofit institution part of the Network of Presidential Foundations and leader in early childhood education in Chile, with over 25,000 employees nationwide, seeks: * Position: Director * Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:30 hrs; Friday from 08:30 to 16:30 hrs * Kindergarten * Commune: Paredones * Region: O'Higgins * Duration: Temporary replacement due to maternity leave (LM) **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Lead the institutional educational project within the framework of the Educational Quality Policy, managing the work team and technical, financial, and material resources of the facility under their responsibility, in partnership with families and the community, to achieve timely and relevant learning outcomes, full development, and comprehensive well-being for children, staff, and workers at the facility. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead the planning, implementation, and feedback of pedagogical management at the kindergarten and/or daycare, promoting collaborative work and adherence to the educational project, to support the full development and learning of children at the facility. * Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of actions and initiatives that promote care and self-care, strengthen collaborative work, recognition, and respectful treatment, ensuring committed teams and a positive work environment. * Guide the planning, implementation, and evaluation of strategies that foster reciprocal collaborative relationships between the facility and community institutions, organizations, and individuals, coordinated with the Regional Office, to support the institutional educational project and activate support networks whenever appropriate. * Lead enrollment management at the facility by developing strategies to promote children’s access and consistent attendance, supporting their full development and learning. REQUIREMENTS * Professional degree in Early Childhood Education from a Professional Institute or University recognized by the Ministry of Education. * Desirable: 1 year of experience as an Early Childhood Educator in a kindergarten. * Knowledge of a rights-based approach.
