At Nestlé, we are looking for a **Detailed Production Schedule Planner** to join our team at **San Fernando Factory**. Purpose of the position: * You will be responsible for generating short-term production plans (daily and weekly) that ensure efficient use of production lines, optimal stock levels, and fulfillment of the demand plan, all from a supply chain cost-efficient perspective. Main responsibilities: * Develop detailed production plans considering optimal sequences and manufacturing constraints. * Calculate net requirements and allocate them to production facilities. * Identify and resolve production exceptions (overproduction/non-compliance). * Record and report results of the detailed plan. * Measure plan compliance and optimize the use of working capital (labor, fixed assets, raw materials, and packaging materials). * Lead communication of the plan to production departments. Requirements: * Higher education in: Logistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and production planning. * Proficiency in key tools: **SAP, DMO, and intermediate-to-advanced Excel** (pivot tables, macros). * Leadership and effective communication skills.
