Our culture emphasizes work-life balance, professional development, global career opportunities, and an epic benefits package. **Join our team** If you are interested in maintenance and quality support, join our **Parts & Service** team. **Your mission** Excel in the maintenance, repair, evaluation, and diagnosis of equipment and/or remanufacturing of components in hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems related to your role within the Parts & Services Division, aiming to exceed and increase customer satisfaction (NPS) and build sustainable long-term relationships, thereby sustainably increasing market share (customer share) for the Parts & Services Division. **What will be my responsibilities?** **Maintenance:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to established procedures * Conduct functional checks based on the task context * Execute tasks according to maintenance schedules **Repair:** * Carry out equipment pre-delivery inspections * Perform corrective maintenance * Execute minor and major repairs identified during preventive maintenance **Diagnosis:** * Report any abnormal equipment conditions, generating a Backlogs request * Gather necessary information to identify the fault **The ideal candidate for this position:** * IP certification, CFT studies, Industrial School diploma, or equivalent experience-based qualification * Knowledge in at least one of the following specialties: mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, control, or pneumatics * Previous experience of at least 3 months in similar roles is desirable * Basic computer skills (Office) * Health compatible with fieldwork, working at heights, and underground environments * Class "B" driver's license.
