We are currently looking for a **Sales Manager** to work at Compañía Pisquera de Chile, in **Santiago**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets, margins, and execution across all business lines, increase market share within assigned categories, and provide guidance and tools to sales representatives for commercial execution. * Implement actions and/or commercial plans targeted at customers across different segments and levels of importance in order to achieve assigned sales goals, coverage objectives, and defined KPIs. * Manage sales, merchandising, and service activities with Sales Representatives according to company policies and criteria to meet established PPM targets. Likewise, comply with credit and discount policies to ensure the defined contribution margin. * Ensure that point-of-sale execution and assets comply with established management criteria, standards, and indicators, and remain within market parameters. Manage point-of-sale execution (assets, POP materials) through sales representatives and external support (field executors, promoters, merchandising trucks) according to company guidelines to meet execution targets. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Engineering, Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience. * Own transportation and valid class B driver's license.
