




Functions and responsibilities: * Responsible for the proper functioning of the team in charge, which will carry out assigned tasks daily in office and field operations. * Ensure the smooth development of the operational process (from onboarding a new client to completion). * Identify priorities and improvements that enable meeting each of the area's KPIs. * Maximize profitability of the operation for the units under their responsibility. * Conduct data collection to generate solutions for potential inventory shortages. * Develop operational procedures, summarized technical information, instructions, and records related to operational services. Requirements: * 5 years of experience leading teams * 5 years of experience in operations * University or advanced technical studies, lasting at least 3 years The candidate must have a valid driver's license
