Scania is looking for experienced Bus Mechanic Technicians to join our team at our workshops in Santiago!** In this exciting role, you will be the key player in ensuring excellent bus performance through high-quality repairs and maintenance. Additionally, you will be a fundamental pillar in workshop development, guiding less experienced colleagues and training new talents. **What we are looking for in you** * Education: Technician or Engineer in Automotive Mechanics, preferably with specialization in buses. * Experience: At least 1 year in repair and maintenance of heavy vehicles and buses, including resolution of complex faults. * Technical knowledge: Expertise in diagnostics, repair of heavy vehicle systems, and use of specialized software. **We offer you the opportunity to grow and gain experience in a leading market company.** **Responsibilities** * Repair mechanical components by diagnosing, verifying, and correcting all types of failures, including engines, gearboxes, brakes, and other electrical components. * Provide technical support to customers, following proper routines and procedures. * Prepare spare parts and work reports as required, verifying product changes and reinforcing concepts provided by the training department to ensure maintenance of our quality standards. **Conditions:** * Dynamic 5x2 rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday * Shifts: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (44 weekly hours, 1-hour lunch break) * Minimum of 1 year of experience working with buses ### **Join Scania and become part of a leading team in sustainable transportation!**
