Deployable radio site systems are immediately available as part of our managed and support service packages.**Job Description** ------------------- This position is responsible for operating the telecommunications systems used by the company. Responsibilities include: * Maintaining up-to-date information on system infrastructure and network, including diagrams of the same and the equipment involved. * Becoming familiar with recurring incidents or problems and supporting the search for permanent solutions. * Reviewing data generated by Motorola systems. * Reviewing data generated by auxiliary systems (Networking, power, RF) or others as applicable. * Receiving instructions from their supervisor regarding specific projects on operational or developing networks. * Conducting network analysis as per customer requirements, supporting problem detection and offering solutions with minimal resource usage. * Configuring various network equipment to ensure operation according to SLAs and committed KPI levels. * Executing the customer's Matrix Plan on time, fulfilling both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Ensuring strict compliance with the contract by meeting committed KPIs. * Complying with the customer's Risk Management Cycle, proactively working with Motorola's EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) team and customers to keep risk matrices, process maps, instructions, and procedures updated and properly communicated within the work team. * Preparing system performance reports using available technological resources and activities, keeping supervisors and relevant departments informed about resource status. * Complying with internal regulations and assigned responsibilities in the Management System documents. **Basic Requirements** ---------------------- * Advanced technical studies in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * At least 1 year of experience in mining operations. * Availability to work from Coyhaique on a 5X2 schedule. * Desirable: knowledge or experience with Motorola Systems, Radio Systems, Computer Network Systems and Technologies (Networking), Computer Systems (advanced Office). * Desirable: knowledge of microwave systems, radio frequency technology. **Travel Requirements** ----------------------- Over 50%**Relocation Provided** ----------------------- None**Position Type** ----------------- Experienced**Referral Payment Plan** ------------------------- No***EEO Statement*** Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
