We invite you to join Fundación Integra! **Job Responsibilities:** Integra, a nonprofit institution belonging to the Presidential Foundations Network and a leader in early childhood education in Chile—with over 27,000 staff nationwide—is seeking: * Position: Administrative Assistant * Estimated schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30–17:30; Friday, 8:30–16:30 * Kindergarten: Las Araucarias * City: Coyhaique * Region: Aysén * Duration: Fixed-term contract from January 5 to February 20, 2026 **JOB OBJECTIVE:** To manage and execute administrative and operational processes at the kindergarten or nursery, providing comprehensive support to the team while ensuring the proper functioning of the facility, timely attention to families, and promoting the well-being of children—aligned with the institution’s Educational Project, institutional guidelines, and current regulations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Contribute to the care and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions at the facility, promptly reporting any issues to the director and coordinating necessary repairs to ensure safe environments supporting the holistic well-being of all children, families, and the educational community. * Administer, verify, and keep updated information on children, families, and related processes—including enrollment, daily attendance, slot management, waiting lists, and cycle completion—for use in relevant administrative procedures. * Disseminate documents, guidelines, and relevant information in coordination with the educational team through appropriate communication channels, enabling families and the community to stay informed about activities and overall facility operations, as defined by institutional policies. * Communicate and raise necessary alerts to the director—or their designated substitute—regarding any indicators of potential rights violations or risk situations affecting children, to activate corresponding protocols promptly and safeguard their well-being. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical secondary-level qualification in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field, issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. * One (1) year of experience in a similar position. * Desirable: one (1) year of experience in educational institutions involving operational-administrative functions. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE IN:** * Administration and Finance (basic) * Public Service * Document Management * Resource Management * First Aid * Human Resources * Administrative Writing * Desirable: Labor Legislation * Desirable: Digital Literacy Course * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and related applications) * Technological Platforms **IMPORTANT:** You must complete your application, answer the advertisement’s questions, and upload all requested documents.
