En **Progesys**, specialists in Recruitment and Selection, we are looking to integrate a **Business Analyst** for an important client in the banking sector. We are seeking an analytical, organized profile with a strong orientation towards agile work and compliance with banking regulations. Position Objective: Lead and manage the lifecycle of digital products and functionalities, aligning business, technology, and agile teams, ensuring quality, operational continuity, and value delivery. Main Responsibilities: * Participate in agile ceremonies (refinement, planning), ensuring clarity in requirements and prioritization. * Manage and maintain the **Product Backlog**, writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria. * Supervise functional QA before production releases and execute tests in production environments. * Identify incidents, errors, and technical debt, managing follow-up and traceability. * Coordinate with development, architecture, and QA teams for technical/functional decisions. * Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and operational workflows. * Support the definition of roadmaps, dependencies, and product risks. Mandatory Requirements: * Experience as **Product Owner** (ideally with banking experience) * **PO certification and agile methodologies** (mandatory). * Proficiency in **Jira** (required). * Experience writing user stories, UX/UI criteria, and business rules. * Knowledge and experience in **functional QA**, regression testing, and end-to-end (E2E) testing. * Basic knowledge of **SQL** and proficiency in **Excel**.
