* Responsibilities: Execute order receipt, labeling, sorting, and delivery (to the Courier) for customers who purchased CATEX with home delivery. Meet the quality and speed standards required by the business, ensuring productivity and customer satisfaction. * Unload pallets: Unload pallets from the half-mile truck and place them in designated areas (Node, S2S, GM) * Receive products: Remove the film from the NODE pallet and register each package in the Colaborapp application. * Label and sort: Label and organize cartons by route, maintaining order and cleanliness. * Deliver cartons to the Courier: Deliver the corresponding cartons to the Courier according to the daily commitment date. * Manage product issues: Resolve incidents involving missing, defective, or otherwise problematic cartons with the store team. * Manage returns and undelivered orders: Handle returns and undelivered orders to maintain an orderly flow and proper tracking. * Organize the warehouse: Structure and prepare the node warehouse for the next shift and support contingency tasks as needed. * Communication with last-mile team: Maintain constant communication with the courier team to ensure timely loading and dispatch. * Shifts and schedules: Rotating as follows * **Monday to Saturday work schedule** Position type: Contract-based Contract duration: 1 month Salary: $600.000 per month
