Advisory and sales of health and life insurance Individual Sales Executive – Concepción Region At PS Grupo Hunting, we are currently looking for Individual Sales Executives to join a distinguished commercial team in the Concepción Region. We seek candidates with experience in intangible sales, strong goal orientation, commercial skills, and self-management capabilities, who are interested in developing within an in-person role focused on advising and selling health and life insurance. Position Objective Promote, advise on, and sell health and life insurance solutions to individuals and families by managing commercial opportunities at physical service points, with emphasis on customer experience, goal achievement, and effective sales closure. Main Responsibilities Promote and sell health and life insurance policies to individual customers. Serve and advise potential customers at physical service points. Prospect customers and generate new commercial opportunities. Follow up with interested parties, resolve inquiries, and achieve effective closures. Record commercial activities in the CRM and maintain updated reporting. Achieve commercial targets under an in-person, dynamic, and results-driven model. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in intangible sales, such as insurance, credit cards, telecommunications, financial products, or similar. Recent experience in face-to-face sales, field sales, point-of-sale environments, or direct customer service. Strong commercial orientation and motivation to achieve objectives. Autonomy, accountability, and self-management capability. Professional appearance, effective communication, and persuasive skills. Availability to work in-person in the Concepción Region. Work Modality and Conditions 100% in-person work at service points. 40-hour weekly schedule with rotating shifts. Availability to work two Saturdays per month. Base net salary of $710\.000 \+ uncapped commissions.
