Job Objective: Support operational processes in paper manufacturing, ensuring operational continuity and process quality while safeguarding safety and promoting continuous organizational improvement. Responsibilities: \- Ensure participation in and compliance with the company’s internal safety standards and initiatives, taking responsibility for personnel safety and striving for zero accidents. \- Carry out production activities and operate necessary equipment to ensure operational continuity, quality, and adherence to paper manufacturing parameters. \- Support various operations and roles across the organization, ensuring the operational functionality of the plants. Requirements: \- Professional Education: Completed secondary education; or Technical Training at Secondary or Higher Level in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical fields (desirable). \- Work Experience: Technical Training at Secondary or Higher Level: 1 year in production areas of industrial companies.
