We are seeking a **Civil Works Technical Inspector** to join the project: **ITO Metrotrén NOS Power Supply System – EFE, Metropolitan Region**. Brief project summary: A strategic railway infrastructure project related to the Metrotrén NOS power supply system, involving technical inspection and supervision of civil works associated with EFE’s electrical substations in the Metropolitan Region. Role objective: To supervise and control on-site the proper execution of civil works associated with the project, verifying compliance with drawings, technical specifications, applicable regulations, and quality and safety standards, while maintaining constant coordination with electrical disciplines and other involved specialties. Requirements: Education: A professionally qualified individual holding one of the following degrees: * Civil Engineering. * Civil Construction. * Construction Engineering. General Experience: * Minimum **10 years of professional experience** in the relevant field. Specific Experience: * Minimum **5 years of experience in construction, installation, and/or Technical Inspection of Works (ITO)** in electrical or energy-related projects. * Experience in supervision and control of civil works associated with electrical installations. * Experience in reviewing drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation. * Preferable experience in railway infrastructure. * Preferable experience in electrical substations or power supply projects. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise on-site execution of civil works associated with the contract. * Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, construction procedures, and applicable regulations. * Control quality of materials and construction processes implemented. * Coordinate inspection activities with electrical teams and other project disciplines. * Monitor physical progress of the works. * Identify, record, and report deviations, interferences, and contingencies detected on-site. * Verify proper resolution of observations and non-conformities. * Prepare inspection records, inspection reports, and technical reporting. * Support coordination among contractors, specialists, and the Technical Inspection team. * Ensure adherence to project-defined quality and safety standards.
