Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure, ensuring its proper condition and operational continuity of the service. We are looking for a Civil Technician to join an important Facility Services contract, who will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on infrastructure, ensuring the proper condition of facilities, compliance with quality standards, and operational continuity of the service. About the Challenge * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on infrastructure and minor civil works. * Carry out masonry, painting, cladding, paving, partitioning, ceiling, door, and finishing repairs. * Perform repairs on roofs, roofing systems, and minor structural elements. * Support maintenance activities for furniture, perimeter fencing, and construction elements. * Inspect infrastructure conditions and identify opportunities for improvement or repair. * Perform work in accordance with technical procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Record performed activities and report deviations detected during inspections. * Coordinate with other specialties when activities require joint work. * Maintain order and cleanliness in intervened areas upon completion of work. What We Would Love in You? * Training as a Mid- or Higher-Level Technician in Construction, Civil Construction, Building, or related field. * At least 4 years of total work experience. * Minimum 2 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance, minor civil works, or Facility Services. * Experience in masonry, painting, carpentry, partitioning, minor plumbing, and finishing works. * Basic knowledge of interpreting drawings and technical specifications. * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools employed in infrastructure maintenance. * Knowledge of safety regulations applicable to construction and maintenance work.
