At Sergio Escobar, we are currently seeking a Replacement Digital Pre-Sales Executive in Concepción, who will be responsible for managing commercial leads, contacting potential clients, and supporting the digital sales process, ensuring timely attention and high-quality customer experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Contact and assist customers originating from digital leads and inbound/outbound calls. * Conduct initial assessment of customer needs and guide them regarding products and services. * Pre-qualify and route leads according to their purchase intent level. * Coordinate and schedule appointments with sales advisors to close sales. * Maintain post-sale contact with customers to schedule services, spare parts, or accessories. * Support outbound campaigns across various business units (new and used vehicles, after-sales, insurance, among others). * Handle complaints and requests, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. * Keep information updated in CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot) and report progress to management. **Requirements:** * Higher Technical Education in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in digital sales, call center, or commercial customer service. * Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or others) and Microsoft Office. * Experience in selling intangible products and basic financial knowledge. * Availability to cover a medical leave replacement for an initial period of 1 month.
