Job Summary: A major retail company is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, manage a branch, and ensure the sales process, reporting to central administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the sales team 2. Manage the assigned store 3. Ensure an appropriate sales process A major retail company requires a Store Manager for its branch in Concepción. Your main objective will be to ensure the proper operation of the store, appropriately managing sales staff and submitting sales reports to central administration. Key responsibilities include: Leading the sales team Managing the assigned store Ensuring an appropriate sales process Monthly management reports What are the Requirements? Technical-level degree in Commerce or Administration (preferred) or a degree in progress. Ideal candidate has 4 years of experience as a manager in the Retail sector. Experience managing staff, including small teams of up to 6 people. Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory), with ability to generate sales or informational reports. Availability to work a 5x2 schedule (Monday to Sunday) during mall hours (approximately 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM). What do we offer?
