Provide ongoing assistance and advice to workers Viggo, Fuerza en Movimiento, a leading provider of corporate employee transportation services, specialized in mining operations and industrial sectors, is seeking a People Administrator (Maternity/Paternity Leave Replacement) for its headquarters in Concepción. Position Objective: Ensure proper compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as meet the expectations of our internal and external customers in alignment with current legal requirements; to this end, support the execution of various People area processes driven by the labor needs of the assigned agency. Main Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of employee benefits, such as Compensation Fund assignments, vacation bonuses, social worker assistance requests, travel allowances, etc. Periodically update employee files, both physical and digital. Actively participate in collecting weekly information requested by your supervisor for processing monthly contracts certifications related to field operations, enabling your supervisor to submit them timely and correctly to clients, thus avoiding EDP withholdings. Manage and report daily employee absences, process medical leaves, enter them into Buk, inform your direct supervisor, report to Santiago, and record them in the attendance register. Support procedures requested by your supervisor, such as: final settlement confirmations, submission of information to the Labor Inspection Department (IDT), Compensation Fund procedures, etc. Actively participate in collecting weekly information requested by your supervisor to provide to our internal or external clients for labor audits. Provide ongoing support to our workers, advising them on labor matters for our internal clients; topics include payroll settlements, benefits, overtime payments, attendance records, etc. And others.
