A company with over 17 years of experience in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy solutions is seeking a STUDIES AND PROPOSALS ENGINEER, responsible for developing technical-economic proposals for projects. Main Responsibilities: - Analyze project requirements and technical background, identifying scope, risks, and opportunities - Conduct site visits to gather relevant information for proposal development - Develop cost structures and perform detailed project cost estimations - Prepare material and equipment lists (quantities) based on drawings and technical specifications - Prepare technical-economic proposals and technical annexes for tenders or commercial presentations - Coordinate with Operations and Commercial departments to ensure technical feasibility and project execution timelines - Evaluate project energy and economic indicators (NPV, IRR, among others) - Analyze actual costs of executed projects to identify deviations and contribute to continuous improvement Requirements: - Professional degree in HVAC Engineering, Mechanical Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions or functions - Knowledge of project economic evaluation and return on investment - Familiarity with energy efficiency solutions, heating, air conditioning, photovoltaic systems, and domestic hot water systems - Class B driver’s license (Mandatory) We Offer: - Excellent work environment - Benefits associated with Compensation Fund - Supplementary health, catastrophic, and dental insurance - Half-day off on your birthday If you meet the requirements, please send your updated CV along with your salary expectations.
