




Job Summary: We are seeking an OTEC Training Project Coordinator to manage administrative, regulatory, and logistical processes for training courses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the creation, registration, and administrative closure of SENCE courses. 2. Monitor attendance and verify compliance with SENCE regulatory requirements. 3. We are currently seeking an OTEC Training Project Coordinator, who will be responsible for functions including: - Creation, registration, monitoring, and administrative closure of courses on the SENCE platform. - Entry and updating of participant data in internal systems and the SENCE platform. - Daily attendance control and recording. - Filing, backup, and preparation of mandatory documentation (physical and/or digital folders per course). - Verification of compliance with current regulatory requirements according to SENCE guidelines. - Confirmation and coordination of trainers. - Operation of the OTEC’s internal system and the SENCE platform (registration, settlement, and communication). - Coordination of physical venues or online platforms for course delivery. - Management and preparation of training materials (manuals, lists, assessments). - Support in procurement and management of supplies when required.-Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional Institute / Technical Training Center. 1 year of experience People with disabilities: Yes Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, training, training, capacity building, trainer
