Currently, for Chile, we are seeking a new Installation Technician position in Concepción, responsible for installing and maintaining wireless, wired, CCTV alarm systems, and other services associated with technological advancement, to deliver business security services according to established quality standards, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction within a productive and efficient work environment. What will you do in this role? * Physically install alarm systems—including wireless, wired, CCTV video verification, Camera Manager, domotics—and others, precisely following technical standards, performing tests and system activation. * Train customers on the installed security system. * Perform repairs, expansions, and technical maintenance in accordance with technical standards, tests, and system activation. * Correctly and appropriately use measurement tools, systems, and equipment provided by the company for alarm installations. * Deliver high-quality in-person customer service during installation service execution. * Safeguard assigned equipment used for installations. What do we expect from you? * Technical or mid-level technical qualification in Electronics, Electricity, or a related field. * Experience installing alarm and CCTV systems in residential and commercial applications. * Basic-level networking experience (non-exclusive). * Class B driver’s license. * Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday between 09\.00 and 18\.30 hours, and Saturdays until noon, depending on operational needs; working hours subject to Article 22.
